Title: How Hot?
sf49erfan - September 12, 2006 04:12 PM (GMT)
So we're always hearing how women aren't visual, then a survey like this one, from
Men's Health magazine, comes along and tosses it out the window.
Ladies, explain.

I always take my shirt off when I play with my kids....

Me, too. But with the fur and fat, she just rolls her eyes and says, "Put it back on!"

:rolf:
What an image!
Looks like I'll be the first woman to speak up for my gender here.
Who's to say this is a one-size-fits-all situation? Accordinmg to this survey most woman don't think a guy looks hot playing guitar, and yet I must since I've only dated musicians and then married a guitarist.
I certainly don't get turned on when I see my DH playing with the kids...but maybe that's because it's sometimes impossible to distinguish his actions from theirs. And how is a sweaty guy lifting weights or running shirtless hot? Ewww
Where does this magazine find their test subjects? In a college bar on Friday night?

I love to see my hubby working shirtless. He's never been more sexy than when he's just wearing jeans and wielding an ax chopping down trees.

I saw a pic of him here at one time, covered in grease. He was wearing coveralls. Now, since I know some very furry people (my uncle Terry - we just called him "Bear"), I'm assuming that the fur from his face extends on down his front and backside. So, do you find fur sexy?

Actually, no I don't  My hubby does have a lot of hair but he's the only one I like it on. I do like his beard and chest hair though because I think it looks more manly. Though I like him without facial hair too. I think I just like my hubby any way he comes

OK - now you're
really getting disgusting!
That ranks right up there with this store we saw in Paragould, Arkansas last weekend:

There's someone that didn't think too hard before they named their store! (click on the logo to take you to their webpage.) No, it's not a porno store. It's a convenience store. We actually stopped there for gas just so we could get the receipt...

Kum & Go...

Couldn't chill...you'd have to drain the main vein every 5 minutes.

I have a Thirst Universe 64 oz mug. Similar to the 100 oz mug. Fill it up with ice, you'll have cold water for a good 12 hours and then some.

How the heck do you carry around a 100 oz mug?!! How heavy is that? How big is that?!

It is roughly a 3-liter bottle of soda in size.

Back to topic. I was thinking abotu this the other day. In order for a woman to think a man is hot when he does some of those things on that chart, she would have to think he is hot otherwise, or really be in love with him. Youcan';t take a man who I find unattractive, put him in a setting playing with kids and have him look hotter to me. Nope--ain't gonna happen.. If i got to know him really well and we were friends, perhaps I might get used to his unattractiveness and not be so repulsed, but that would be familiarity. He still wouldn't be hot...

Yeah, I think this is true.

My wife and I were having a humorous moment, while I was posing with my furry tummy exposed doing those 'muscle-man' shots, and I asked, "Is this hot for you, baby?"
Her reply, "I love you so much, anything's hot."
Now, I could've taken that either way. I could've said, "If you didn't love me, would you still find me hot?" But I didn't. I said, "I love you, too!"
