The Hokies season got off to a good start yesterday. New quarterback, Sean Glennon threw for 222 yards and three touchdowns, as the Hokies rolled over Northeastern, 38-0. It was a good warm-up for their first ACC game next week against North Carolina.

What was THAT?

The Hokies stunk up the joint last night, losing 22-3 to Boston College!

The offense line was so terrible that quarteback Sean Glennon got flattened multiple times.

The defensive backfield didn't seem able to cover anybody.

And a walk-on kicker, playing in first game, outscored the Hokies 8-3. Did I mention, HE DIDN'T PLAY FOOTBALL IN HIGH SCHOOL?

Virginia Tech will not be in the Top 25 poll next week.

The Hokies are headed to the Chick-fil-A Bowl!
