I've got pork chops for tonight. I usually put them in the crockpot, but don't want to do them that way....can I just bake them in the oven?

Anyway sure you can bake them in the oven. They should be really nice that way. you could even baste them with a sauce over them if you want... mmmmm

ok...the hints are great! But what temp & how long in the oven? Covered or not? I'm clueless!!

Geez, I'm not sure. I bak mine in the oven at 350 degrees. But the time depends on the thickness. Also, I sometimes place them on top of stuffing, so that takes a little bit longer. I would guess 20-30 minutes. But check them . When they run clear, they're done.

My DH only likes them on the barbeque. That's also pretty easy. Just rub them with olive oil and a little salt and pepper. They take just a couple of minutes on each side.
