Kerense has to work really long hours this week. Wed and Thu, she'll be working from 6am to 10pm. I told the girls that they basically won't see momma between Tue night and Fri. night. I also mentioned it at church - asking for prayers 'cuz I'll be stuck with the girls cryin' 'cuz they can't see momma.

Well, one of the ladies from church asked for my kids to come over for a playdate with her kids from 10am to 2pm on Wednesday. She said, "That way, you and Kerense can go to lunch!"

So, I went to Restaurant.com and got a $25 certificate to D'Wine (a fancy-schmancy Italian place) and a $10 certificate to Caffè Den (a deli). Restaurant.com is having a half-price sale, so I got the certificates for a grand total of $6.50.

I'll let Kerense pick. Then we'll print the appropriate cert at her office. She doesn't know what we're doing! :wub:
