Title: What's for dinner?

andiesmama - July 8, 2006 10:53 PM (GMT)
What did you (or ARE you) gonna make for dinner? OR did your DH cook?

Tonight we had BFD....Breakfast For Dinner....

Bacon, scrambled eggs w/cheese, grits, biscuits & gravy.....

Everyone in my family (well, all 2 of them) LOVED it!! :thanks:

(that's almost a first, I hardly EVER get both of them telling me that for the same meal... )

Welll........since you said PLEASE so nicely.... :P Here it is:

3 lbs chicken, cut up (or whatever...you can use drumsticks, thighs...)
3/4 cup butter
3/8 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup ketchup

Mix all that together and pour over chicken. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350....OR put in slow cooker set on low overnight. Serve with rice or potatoes.
