Which celebrity couple would you like to switch lives with for a while?

sf49erfan - May 18, 2006 03:35 PM (GMT)
I would have to say either

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill

or

A. J. Feeley and Heather Mitts.

Ditto.

Nobody out there is good enough for us to switch with anyways. B)

Hate to say it, but I'm with Clay and Lena. We're such party poopers! I mean, we're totally wrecking this thread.

WAIT! I just thought of something! What if we switched into the lives of some super Scientology couple and then use our fame to turn everyone away from their psycho "religion". OH! or how about Kabala?

Isn't Kabala a type of Judism, like Methodist is to Christianity?

That said, I never understood why Madonna, a Catholic, took up Jewish relious practices.

Well, I was thinking this new celebrity Kabala that Madonna has going on. It's Jewish mysticism. But it's like being a Christian without believing in Jesus. It's just a part of Jusaism and Madonna and her followers really just skipped through the important stuff to get to Kabala.

 oh geez you guys!! Be CREATIVE for crying out loud.... B)

I'd like to switch with somebody like Donald Trump & his wife....Ty would have free access to whatever golf course he wanted, I could spend the day at a spa....

:bath:

Or a couple that would require some thought....President Bush & Laura....I think it would be SOOOO interesting, PLUS we could give the headaches back after awhile.... :thanks:

At the risk of taking a totally fun thread and ruining it, I'll bite.

I used to dream of being (or becoming involved with) celebrities of all sorts. I would be dating the girl from Diff'rent Strokes (back when that show was in first run) or I was an officer on board the Enterprise. It only ever brought me depression when I came back to reality. Sadly, focusing on my reality (and God's blessings thereon) is the only way I found true peace.

So, desiring to switch with someone, even for a day, would be very depressing. It's not somewhere I want to go - even in pretend.

If you mods/admins find this too depressing, feel free to delete it and carry on with the game. Me, I'll just abide elsewhere in my morose reality. :booyah: :bounce: :yippee:

Clay, why are your responses so much wider? I keep having to scroll over to the right to read your entire message?

OK, I'm done being a party pooper...Deb, I was going to say the Trumps too!

How about David and Victoria Beckham? They're both so darn beautiful.

LynnMcG - May 18, 2006 11:02 PM (GMT)
No wait, Steven Spielberg and Kate Capshaw.

The Jews--or at leat orthodox jews--refuse to recognise Kabala as a form of judaism. The kabalists claim it is, but in reality it is nothing like true judaism..That whoel red string thing and the evil eye...I don't think that the Jews are so superstitious...Also this kabalist thing is based on 13th Century something or other. true Judaism has been around for a bit longer, I'd say.

Oh and as for a couple I'd like to swithch places with...Haven't got a clue. I don't even watch enough TV toknow who's out there. That, and don't celebrity marriages tend to be brief and tempestuous?
