Title: Ma's Day

Well, Kerense was ticked that they didn't even mention Mother's Day in the church service. And (in her opinion) the sermon sucked (I really liked it!). And she got drafted to teach Nichole's Sunday School this summer (and told me I'm her side-kick - as if I don't have enough to do!). And she had to sit alone 'cuz I'm on the Praise Team and Nichole and Kristen are in special classes during the service.

After church, though, things improved for her. She got happy, got to take her nap, got to play with the kids, got to make a dessert (she loves doing it - kinda like art)... Then we all went out to eat. I asked her where she wanted to go, and she said, "I'll stop when I find it." Yeah, she's always driving.

We wound up at Fuddrucker's and spent >$30 on Ma's Day Meal Out. Oof! That was more than I intended to spend. But my big burger was well worth it! I couldn't even finish my fries and rings! :D

<rant deleted> Overall, we had a pretty good day! There was a problem, but it's handled.

Sounds like a good day Clay.

Our service was ALL about Mom. It was AWESOME! I'll post the link when they post the service so you can send it to Kerense to listen to. It was really, really, really good.
