Title: How Can It Be Soooo Difficult?
andiesmama - May 12, 2006 11:24 PM (GMT)
I've decided to go really simple (so I THOUGHT!!) for our master bath....when we moved in, it was already painted white, with yellow trim. I bought yellow cup & toothbrush holder, and a yellow bath mat. I would LOVE to find a yellow & white striped shower curtain as well as a yellow & white striped rug for in front of our double vanity.
BUT can I find one ANYWHERE? Nope...I've been looking online for like a 1/2 hour with no luck! I found ALOT of striped stuff, but multi-colored. I just want yellow & white....
Is that too much to ask?? :wall:
Whoever can find one for me gets a free trip to my bathroom!! :P

Has to be striped and not just plain yellow?

The only reason I was thinking striped was because the bath mat (shower mat) I have right in front of the shower (it's only a shower in the master bath) is plain yellow. I was thinking plain yellow mat AND curtain would be a little too much.
So I was wanting a white & yellow curtain and a white & yellow rug for the vanity. Even if it had mint green or light blue might be ok.....

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006VQTM...lance&n=1057792That's the best I've been able to come up with so far. It's not striped but wavy but it is yellow and white.

Ok, here's a
yellow and white shower curtain by Pottery Barn.
They have all these other accesories to go with it too:

Wow, Sarah.....that Pottery Barn one is PERFECT!! And the rug is great, too.....I just have to decide if it's worth spending that much money.....probably is.... B)

Wow, that is nice. I was going to say I have a girlfriend who makes shower and window curtains. She sells premade sets on her website and does custom work. But boy, that pottery barn set is GORGEOUS. Did you check Ebay? I've found tons of Pottery Barn stuff there.

That's a good idea, Lynn...I need to check around SOMEwhere to see if I could get it a little cheaper....

Check this one out:
Yellow Ticking CurtainIt's done with ticking. I saw it selling for $59 in one auction. This was the cheapest I saw.
