Title: F F C Challenge For Week #5

Ok ladies....here you go!! :yippie:
Water Challenge: 52 ounces each day!! That's only 4 more ounces than we've been doing the last couple weeks...I know you gals can do it!! Points remain the same, 5 points per day if you meet or exceed 52 ounces, total potential points = 35.
Exercise Challenge: last week we had Lena to thank, this week thank our sister Lynn! Lunges this week....good for the butt & thighs. 3 sets of 25 lunges (that's 25 PER LEG girls!!) per day. Meet or exceed the challenge, 5 points per day for total potential points of 35. And if lunges are a normal part of your workout, these are in addition to the normal ones you do. :eyebrows:
Personal Challenge: do a random act of kindess for somebody this week. Ideally a stranger when you're out & about somewhere. If you want to share what you did, that's great! 25 points if you meet this challenge.
Total Potential Points:
Water = 35
Exercise = 35
Personal = 25
Total for the week = 95

Oh great! Lunges! :rollseyes: I've never done a lunge before....yeah, I know how to, it just looks ridiculous. :screwy:

It looks ridiculous, I know it....and it's my LEAST favorite thing to do....well, jumping jacks runs a close second....:sick:

OH! and I've got my sisters and some of my girlfriends adding figure 8s to their fitness programs.

I like jumping jacks! That and skipping and jumping on the trampoline. Guess being small-busted has it's advantages, eh? B) :bounce:

Okay, I may do some lunges a couple times this week since I love lunges. I normally do lunges anyway. They are some of my favorite exercises.

How did you all do?
What with 2 members of my family being sick I was REALLY a slacker this week....didn't even get the personal challenge in!! :unsure:
I had 5 days of meeting the water challenge, only 2 days of the exercise challenge....total points for me: 35 points~~ :rollseyes:

I did AWFUL. It was "that week". No cramping, just very, very tired. Plus the stress with the EAs striking and all....I was bummed out for most of the week. If anything, I'll give myself a 20 total for the water and some exercising... :(
