Which Health and Fitness magazines do you read?

I subscribe to Men's Health.

I don't subsribe to any specific health & fitness magazines...I just read what I can online or if a magazine catches my interest at the store, then I'll pick one up. No subscriptions here.....IMO, they're a pain in the butt. :P

Experience Life put out by Lifetime Fitness Gyms is a great magazine. Lots of great information.

I also still have my 15 yrs subscription to Shape.

Used to get all sorts of magazines, maybe like 30 subscriptions, but now I'm down to these 2 and Bon Appetite.

I subscribed to Shape for about 10 years. But I have to say, I feel like I've outgrown it. I can't believe I'm going to say this, but...it's too young for me!

It's all about young working women. It doesn't deal with my real life issues. Plus, I felt it got to new agey. I would love to see a Christian fitness magazine for real women. That would be awesome.

Aren't there any in your local Christian book store? You could check there.

I really like Experience Life a lot. They have a lot of cool articles and it's nothing like Shape:
