OK ladies, are you ready to kick it into gear? Everyone's doing really well....altho it seems like you're struggling a little bit with the water challenge....so...

Water: I'm gonna KEEP IT at the same amount as last week...which was 48 ounces per day. Still get 5 points per day every time you meet that goal. However, there's a bonus! For every 8 ounces you go over the 48 per day, you get an extra point!! Maybe a little harder to keep track of, but I'm trying to think of something for us to be sure we get that all-important water in every day.

Exercise: this week? CRUNCHES....every day, 3 reps of 25 crunches. If you do crunches as a part of your daily workout, these have to be IN ADDITION to what you normally do. 5 points per day if you meet or exceed this challenge, to equal a total of 35 points possible for this challenge.

Personal: Find a new HEALTHY recipe that you haven't tried before, OR do a variation of one of your tried & true recipes, but re-do it to make it healthier. The challenge is to change up a meal this week, whether it's dinner, breakfast, dessert, snack, whatever. Feel free to share the recipe with the rest of us! 25 points if you complete this challenge.

Are you serious about the water thing? I drink a lot of water every day. Usually a minimum of 4 liters, and up to 8 liters.

4 liters = 135 ounces = 135-48= 87 ounces/8 ounces = 8

5 liters = 169 ounces = 169-48= 15

6 liters = 203 ounces = 203-48 = 165 ounces/8 ounces = 21

7 liters = 237 ounces = 237-48 = 189 ounces/8 ounces = 24

8 liters = 270 ounces = 270-48 = 222 ounces/8 ounces = 28

That's a lot of extra daily points for me.

Just curious.

I think the water level is fine. I don't wanna overload my kidneys or anything. I'm just a little person!

ok....I'll take off the bonus points of water....keep the water at 48 ounces if you meet OR exceed it, then you get your points for the day.

BUT I want to see EVERYONE meet that water challenge this week....it's SOOOOO important...

PS...Lena, you can't overload your kidneys.... :rollseyes: ....you'll just have to pee alot more often until your body gets used to it!! :tease:

Well, my water points is around 15 for last week. We ran out of bottled water and I did try my best with well water and that didn't turn out so great. :sick: I did the exercise challenge! Yay me! :bounce: I didn't try a new recipe or anything, but I did substitute butter with coconut oil. It tastes real good on baked potatoes. Puts the "sweet" in sweet potatoes! :lol:

So that's 70 points for me. B)

Water = 35 points

Exercise = 0 points

Personal Challenge = 25 points

Dessert Recipe Variation: 3/4 cup blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 cup strawberries, 4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, sliced almonds, cinnamon, dash of nutmeg (this is mainly a fat/carbs recipe and very yummy) - the variation is the cinnamon, nutmeg and almonds. It gives it a little more flavor. Can use walnuts instead. I like the crunch.
