But yeah, Debster won. I had way too much to deal with emotionally, since the death of my friend happened right in the middle of the competition and my body physically just shut down.

You guys need to make some "ribbons" .... maybe kind of like a blinkie, but looks like a ribbon.... and you can put itin your avatar or signature.... I bet Redguard would design one! ooooh or a Fitness Competition Cup!
