Can't remember everything I've had today, so I'll skip today....oh wait, I had some white cheddar cheese popcorn just now. :D

Just ate two little raspberry filled dark chocolate bunnies. They're called Smidgens, if that gives you an idea of their size.

This morning, I made cinnamon muffins, I had 1 1/2 of those. Lunch? (should I confess....)OK, I had a jr whopper & fries from BK.... :unsure:

Dinner I had about a cup & 1/2 of peas & a spoon of a meatball casserole I made.

Now, I'm getting ready to eat a bowl of cheerios & 2% milk for a snack....

OH, I also ate some mini-Reese's cups.... :unsure:

geez....this'll sure help keep me accountable!! Yikes!! :whistle:

So far I've been a really good girl....even forced myself to eat breakfast which I never do...:sick:

Had a small bowl of granola cereal with 2% milk for breakfast
At the mall, I ate 1/2 a cinnamon-sugar pretzel stick.... :whistle:
At home, for lunch, I had a small bowl of yogurt cheerios cereal with 2% milk

Dinner is going to be polska, sauerkraut, & piroges (sp?), so should be fairly low-fat, I just need to watch the portion control.

So far this morning I was munching on a few baby carrots while packing the boys' lunches. When I got home from the bus run I had a slice of 7 grain toast w/butter and 2 cups of white cheddar popcorn with a muf of hot chocolate. Snacked on the popcorn while running around doing laundry and stretching and sitting with Candace while she watched her movies....Had 500 ml of water already, second bottle is half done. Just got done a bran muffin. Gotta eat a "real" lunch yet. Just haven't had the time....

No clue what's for supper yet. :doh: I have no meat! Our freezer used to be full of beef, now it's empty already. :(

Today's Eating:

- 1 small apple
- 1/4 cup dried oatmeal with 1 tblspn peanut butter, cinnamon (everything organic)
- 1 organic egg
- lunch will be a salad with salmon
- afternoon snack will be celery and peanut butter
- green curry with beef over mixed greens

Since today I'm not working out, I would normally eat another 1-2 times on top of this (basically another 300 calories).

I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast & one for lunch....
Then an Easter goodie basket came from my parents & I had a chocolate cookie and a handful of peanuts...PLUS a handful of cheet-o's... :unsure: ....BLEAH!!

I need to work on resisting temptation.... :rollseyes:
