Title: Blinkie / Icon Maker?

Anyone know of a program to make your own with your own pictures and such?

Photoshop. You'd just have to use the animation plug-in, ImageReady.
Not sure of any other programs.

I think what's more important is understanding the animation behind blinkies.
I think you should need only 2 frames that flip back and forth and a really fast speed like 0.2 seconds.
I think I'll work on a blinkie that says "I Love Redguard"

You can make it with basic windows Paint that comes on all computers.... I found a tutorial here:

So, standard blinkie size (if you're making your own) is 150x20 pixels, right?
I see some that come in different shapes and sizes, but I just wanna know if the 150x20 is the norm.

That'll give you a basic blinkie with no animations.
If you want to have animations, you have to load that blinkie into another program that the author calls "Movies"
