equality....give & take between the couple, you know, no "one" person receiving more than he/she is giving....also effort, meaning taking the time to know what the other person likes/doesn't like and taking the time to learn new things....respect....

That's a good question --
Meeting the sexual needs of your spouse, finding that balance between your needs and his/her's....and not leaving room for a great deal of "want", "yearning"....

Yeah, I would say it's all about satisfaction. If both spouses are satisfied, than I would say everything is A OK.
