You know how you get those emails, from guys in Africa who are trying to get your account information to help them unload cash from Africa before the government confiscates it? Well here's a new twist on that classic:

I am Ray MORGAN a Business partner to Mr Emmanuel MCGINNI a nationality of your country,who lived in Dubai U A  E Thereafter shall bereferred to as my client. On the 30st of june 2002, my client, wasinvolved in a car accident along Dubai  Express road. All occupants of the vehicle unfortunately lost there  lives.I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the money and property left behind by my client before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the bank where this huge deposits was  lodged.Particularly,  finance company )where the deceased had an account valued at about $2.6 million dollars.After notification of the death of the deceased has issued me a notice to provide the next of kin or have the account confisicated within the next 45 days .Since I have been unsuccesfull in locating the relatives since all this while  till now,thats why I seek your consent to purport you as the next of kin of the  deceased since you have the same last name so that the proceeds of this account  valued at $2.6million dollars can be paid to you fast,
