Was kinda my New Years Resolution... to go a year w/o one....
Have made it throught the first month...but have REALLY noticed it...

I don't generally drink pop, so maybe...three years or so? I think I only had one or two cans of pop in all of high school.

Probably a couple months for me. Abe buys coke every week. That guy is SO addicted. He's gone 3 weeks at the most without one at one time.
Congrats on going a whole month without it! February is a short month so you shouldn't have too much of a problem there, eh? ;)

My mom drinks like a 12 pack a day - I KID YOU NOT....
Not only that, but she takes like 10-15 prescriptions also..usually with diet something...
Plus she doesn't eat that well....type II diabetic, heart problems, chronic back pain, ex-heroin, now methodon junkie...
I hope I'm around when the mortician sqeezes out her liver...yuck.
I go to her house a few times a week...it's been hard not to grab a free soda...
SODA is best with PIZZA....and I hate drinking water with pizza, but have these last few times...

Holy cow...I take it back...Abe's not addicted. He has up to 2 or 3 cans a day...or so he says. I have seen him pack water in his lunch box so he gets at least 2 cups of water a day.
Yeah, pizza and water don't mix. I've tried that. It has to be Pepsi.

I've tried to stay off the PEPSI ( :booyah: ) for awhile now, only having one every now & then (like every month or so), I think it's been at LEAST 6 months....
And I agree on the pizza thing....we had pizza last night & I drank water with it... :boo:

Way to go Squat. I couldn't do that.
Diet Decaf Pepsi for me...doesn't that count as water anyway since it has no caffeine?! Every day! But I've tried to cut back. I only let myself have it with dinner.
