Title: Sore Shoulder

Is there any way to self- treat a sore shoulder? Hubby's not here to give me a massage and my shoulder hurts like crazy and has been for a couple days.

all I can think of is stand under a hot shower & see if that helps....
Or maybe wet a towel, nuke it so it's nice & toasty, then lay it on your shoulder...
Gotta get some heat on it to loosen up the muscle...

I had a sore shoulder/neck earlier in the week. I layed down on a heating pad for a little while. Also, those ThermaCare heat wraps are awesome. Take some Motrin - it has anti-inflamitory properties, so that should help too.
Fell better my friend.

Well, I haven't "fallen" recently but I did take a Tylenol and it's helped some. hehe
I'll get hubby to give it a good massage after a hot soak.

That Tylenol must've helped. Now my head hurts. :wall: Oh well.
