It was my understanding that this virus comes attached to an email with a risque subject line. So in order to get the worm, you actually have to open a trashy email and attempt to download a porno picture to get the virus.

So...seems simple to me. Stay away from the trash and your computer will be safe.

It doesn't always come in a "trashy" e-mail. It could have a subject title - "Please approve" or "Hi from mom" or something like that. Yes, usually there is an attachment that has to be open, but sometimes they can embed it in a graphic so when your email system downloads the graphic - it downloads the virus also.

Basically, if you have your virus protection up to date - you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
