What DON'T you mind doing?

Oh puhleez don't make me go there! :wine: :laundry:

I don't mind laundry. Easy stuff. I like washing dishes too, because for some reason that's when I do some of my best thinking and reflection.

I don't like cleaning the bathroom.

I'll do dishes - plug in the ipod to the stereo - and we gone!

Hate laundry.

I'm getting used to doing them all.

I don't like dusting. I can't get it good enough to make my boss (read: wife) happy.

Maybe the worst chore I have is getting the kids to do theirs!

I actually enjoy cleaning the kitchen. I could live there! 'Course, that's why I'm fat, too...

I used to HATE ironing....now I really don't mind it, like Red & washing dishes...it gives me time to think & reflect.

I really don't mind laundry but I HATE folding & putting away...I don't know why, maybe it seems like I'm wasting time sitting there folding, folding, folding.....

I enjoy mopping our floors...isnt' that crazy?? :screwy: :tease: But the whole house seems so much cleaner when they're done. I also like working out in the yard....now that we have a "real" yard as opposed to the one at our old home which was basically dead grass & overgrown bushes....

I really don't like folding laundry and putting it away. Also, I really, seriously, dislike changing the sheets on my daughter's bunk bed. It's like an aerobic activity, I swear. OH, and the bathroom. Yuck.

But I don't mind vacuuming, cooking, washing dishes, dusting...etc.

We were talking about this in bible study recently. How all of these things are an opportunity to serve God. So we should really do all of these things joyfully, as if we were doing them unto the Lord. I know it's the right thing, but I'm still struggling with this.

I don't mind dishes...or emptying dishwasher...cleaning the kitchen.

I'll vaccum if asked...


I NEVER MAKE THE BED...wifey likes a made bed, I don't.


I'll fold underware, socks and towels...everything else is too complicated. Forget Ironing.


I hate dusting....worse than toilet cleaning, which I can tolerate.

I loathe chores but I usually get stuck doing hte dishes because the kids refuse to do their chores.... little whippersnappers....

I hate doing the dishes.
Frankly I just hate chores; I am THE most disorganized person on the face of the planet, and I get so frustrated!
But doing the laundry is kind of nice and relaxing.

I'd like to get a dishwasher, but hubby says I AM the dishwasher. :grump: Yet to get him to grab a towel to help out? :doh:

now that's where THIS can really come in handy.....

I have a dishwasher! I call him Tom. :lol:

LOL The only reason I have a dishwasher is because when I was pregnant washing the dishes would make me sick. My husband hated washing them that much that he talked his mother into buying him a dishwasher LOL

That is so funny! SO all I have to do is throw up and I can get a real dishwasher too?!!

MY PHILOSOPHY OF HOUSECLEANING!
I don't do windows because ...

I love birds

and don't want one to run into a clean window

and get hurt.

I don't wax floors because ...

I am terrified a guest

will slip and get hurt

then I'll feel terrible

( plus they may sue me.)



I don't mind the dust bunnies because ..

They are very good company,

I have named most of them,

and they agree with everything I say.



I don't disturb cobwebs because ...

I want every creature

to have a home of their own.



I don't Spring Clean because ...

I love all the seasons

and don't want the others

to get jealous.



I don't pull weeds

in the garden because .

I don't want to get

in God's way,

HE is an excellent designer!



I don't put things away because ...

My husband

will never be able

to find them again.



I don't do gourmet meals

when I entertain

because ...

I don't want my guests

to stress out over what

to make when

they invite me

over for dinner.






I don't iron because ...

I choose to believe them

when they say "Permanent Press".




I don't stress much on anything because ...

and I want to stick around

and become a wrinkled up crusty ol' woman!!!!
